I ordered a wrong size,

"I ordered a wrong size, and I feel bad that nothing can be done about it. I feel the company should be able to make provision for customer that order wrong sizes and a return plan should be in place. For me, it was a mistake on my side, I would have been more excited if the company could solve that puzzle but I was told nothing can be done."
