When you order from Zed By, an email containing a tracking link for your order is automatically sent to you.

The delivery and billing address can be changed in the section my account > my information.

Your package cannot be collected by anyone other than you unless a photocopy of your identity document is presented along with a handwritten declaration from you.

The package will be delivered to the nearest carrier office and the courier will come the next day. If you are not there multiple times. The carrier will send the package back to us and you will not be refunded.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Reimbursements are made 4 to 6 business days after receipt of the return package.
