When you order from Zed By, an email containing a tracking link for your order is automatically sent to you.

Absent at the time of delivery, what to do?

The package will be delivered to the nearest carrier office and the courier will come by the next day. If you are not there several times, the carrier will return the package to us and you will not be refunded.

Is the return of an order free?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

What is the refund period?

Refunds are processed 4 to 6 business days after the return package is received.

How do I return my order?
